Parent texts

CenterFlow attendance alerts · Operated by CenterFlow LLC · Sent from +1 (877) 302-3549

Learning centers that use CenterFlow for check-in can text parents and guardians when their child checks in or checks out. This page explains what is sent, how a family agrees to it, and how to stop it.

What you receive

Attendance alerts only, never marketing. Every text names the center it comes from:

Message frequency varies with attendance, usually one or two texts per visit. Message and data rates may apply.

How families opt in

Nobody is texted without agreeing first, and agreement is per center. A parent or guardian opts in at their center, either in person or on the center’s enrollment form, by giving a mobile number and agreeing to receive attendance texts. Centers can use this wording:

Attendance texts (optional). ☐ Yes, text me at                      when my child checks in or out of [Center name]. Sent by CenterFlow from +1 (877) 302-3549. Usually 1 to 2 texts per visit. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Not required to enroll. See centerflowapp.com/privacy.html.

Center staff then tick that family in CenterFlow under Settings, Alerts, Parent texts. CenterFlow records who ticked it and when, and sends nothing to a number until it is ticked. Consent is never a condition of enrollment and is never bought, rented or shared.

Stopping texts

The number does not read replies, so for anything about your child, contact your center directly. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your number is used only to send the alerts you agreed to. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and opt-in data is never shared except with our messaging provider to deliver the texts. Full details are in our privacy policy and terms.
