These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of CenterFlow websites and apps at centerflowapp.com and related subdomains such as check-in and roster (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

CenterFlow provides software tools for learning-center operations, including attendance tracking, student roster management, parent portal access, and related Class-Navi+ instructor tooling. We may update features or availability with reasonable notice when practical.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding passwords, staff credentials, and family access codes, and for activity under your account or center.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the Service only in compliance with applicable law and your center’s policies.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the Service, probe other centers’ data, or misuse login forms.
• Do not use the Service to phish, spoof, or misrepresent CenterFlow or another organization.

4. Student and family data

Instructors and staff control the student and family information entered into the Service. You are responsible for having appropriate authority and notices for that data under laws that apply to your center.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” CenterFlow is an independent product and is not affiliated with any curriculum provider unless explicitly stated.
