  1. About a minute

    Create your account

    Hit Get started anywhere on this site. You can register two ways, and both finish in under a minute:

    • Continue with Google. One click, no password to invent, you're in.
    • Email and password. We email you a 6-digit code. Type it in and you're done. There's no confirmation link to hunt for, and nothing to print or mail back.
    No card, no commitment. Signing up never asks for payment. Your first month is free, and you only add a card on the Billing page if you decide to keep CenterFlow.

  2. Thirty seconds

    Say hello to the setup wizard

    The moment you're signed in, CenterFlow walks you to a short wizard. It asks exactly two things:

    • Confirm you're the center owner or an authorized instructor, and accept the terms.
    • Pick how you'd like to bring in your students.

    Nothing you choose here is permanent. You can switch methods later in Settings, and the wizard says so on every screen.

  3. One to three minutes, your pick

    Whichever you have handy works. All three end in the same place: a full roster that every CenterFlow app shares.

    Connect automatically

    Install the free CenterFlow browser extension, sign in with the same account, and open your ClassNavi student list once. Your roster and worksheet levels stay in sync on their own from then on.

    Your Kumon password never leaves your computer. The extension reads the pages you're already signed into and sends only the student list.

    Upload your files

    Drop in the student list you already download from ClassNavi, the export from KSIS, or both. Either file alone works; together they fill in the most.

    Files are read on your device. Only the student rows are sent, never the file itself, and never any passwords.

    A name is enough to start, and you can paste straight from a spreadsheet. Best for small centers, or for getting started today and connecting Kumon later.

    Everything stays editable in Student Roster afterwards.

  4. You're live

    Open your apps

    That's the whole setup. Your hub now holds every tool, on one login:

    • Attendance. A full-screen kiosk, QR check-in, and a live board that shows who's in the room right now.
    • Student Roster. Every student, grade, and subject, kept in sync with your Kumon systems.
    • Timeclock. Staff clock in and out at the kiosk, and timesheets export to CSV.
    Your staff never need accounts. The front desk signs in with a center PIN, and staff clock in with their own QR badge. Nobody at your center creates a login except you.

What it costs

Free for a month, then ten dollars.

Every new center gets its first month free, with everything included. After that, CenterFlow is $9.99 a month per center, or $8.99 a month billed annually.

Common questions

Before you start.

Do I need a credit card to try it?

No. Registration is just an email or a Google account. Your first month is free, and payment details only come up on the Billing page if you choose to continue.

Do you ever see my Kumon password?

No. There is nowhere in CenterFlow to enter it. The browser extension reads your roster inside your own browser, from the session you're already signed into, and file uploads are parsed on your device.

Can I change how I add students later?

Yes. Start by typing a few students in today, then connect the extension next week. Every method feeds the same roster, and you can switch in Settings at any time.

What do my staff and students need?

Nothing to install and no accounts to create. The front desk signs in with your center PIN, students check in by QR code or a tap on the kiosk, and staff clock in with a QR badge.

What if I get stuck?

Email support@centerflowapp.com and a human will get you sorted. The setup wizard also lets you skip any step and come back later.
